	Cactus Consulting is first and foremost a Language Agency, therefore we specialise in finding native level speakers for our clients. This is why we can add a personalised touch to our relocations options. Throughout these options you will be in contact with a native speaker from your own country. This means that if your relocation candidate's children or spouse don't speak English, this contact will be able to communicate with them in their own language and this way, get the best impression of their needs. In some of our packages, this service will be available over a period of a complete week 24h/24h! (Club Option) This is what makes Cactus Consulting a market leader!

	Once we develop a profile of our client's needs regarding location, property type and size, furnishing needs and other individual requirements, we draw on our extensive resources to find suitable accommodation, both long or short term. Our consultants will liase with relevant agents to identify suitable properties and prepare a choice of properties for the client to visit. Temporary accommodation can be arranged. Our team will give our clients a guided tour of the available properties. Once they have made their choice we deal with the connection of utilities and a welcome basket will be awaiting the family oftheir arrival. We provide assistance with mail forwarding and a pick up from the airport can be arranged.

	We have access to specialist education consultants, experienced in providing advice and selecting individually suited schools. First, Cactus Consulting Ltd will provide information on schools and other educational institutions then we arrange appointments with Head Teachers or Registrars at the school or institution of your choice. Because of this service; our client will not have to wait for the end of the academic year. This will allow them to move at anytime during the year. With this option Cactus Consulting's Team of Native speakers will send the Relocation Coach with you to ease the procedures and translations. We'll put our Relocation Coach in touch with children's playgroups and activities, if the family requires this and the Relocation Coach of the Cactus team will come with you; our relocation team will find a registered childminder or a nursery close to your place of residence for them and help them to screen the candidates.

	Medical and dental registration with a local GP and Dentist. Information on how to register with the National Insurance authorities Maternal and child health care services registration. Facilities access information for people with reduced mobility. Advice on any specific area of concern.

	An average of 70 % of the French population, for example, are pet owners. With the quarantine laws in place in the UK it has been difficult in the case of relocation, especially with children who will not understand why the family dog should be put into kennels for 6 months. Today the law has changed with the arrival of the Pet Passport. Our Relocation Team will take over all the organisation of the pet passport for the client's family and what was once an issue for many families will no longer be so. This experienced team will also be able to help find accommodation suitable for a family WITH a pet!

	We will inform every client how to use all the public transport services anywhere in the UK. All motor vehicles coming into the U.K. on a residential basis will need to comply with the U.K. laws and regulations. The Cactus Relocation Team will help clients to find out where to get the specifications of their vehicles adapted. MOT inspections will be organised. We will put the Relocation Coach in contact with an insurance broker used to dealing with Relocations.

	Your client or his/her children may be involved in sports activities. Our Relocation Team will do its very best to find a sports club able to provide a training of equal level, especially if they are training atcompetition level. We do our outmost for children to continue their sports activities once in the UK. This also applies to horse riding, fitness training, martial arts and hobbies etc.
